Both rooms are large, 18x18- one is furnished with a queen size bed and the other comes unfurnished. There is a shared full bathroom for the renters. I have my own, so you will have your own space.
The subdivision is very safe and you will have access to the community gym and pool in the months that it is open.
2 minutes from shopping at Encino Creek including Sprouts, restaurants, bars, 5 min to Stone Oak & 10 to the airport.
I do own one very friendly dog She loves people. At this time I cannot accommodate more pets.
