More info: I’ll be moving to take care of family and I’m looking to replace my name on the lease As soon as possible (before oct 1 preferably; willing to compromise).
This lease runs until March 24, 2026. You would be splitting rent along with utilities with my longtime friend. He keeps to himself and works nights (you’ll practically never see him)
