1 Room has a window AC to assist with the heat of summer.
Bus stop nearby (about a mile from house location) and Walmart/HEB just down the street, as well as many major restaurants like Whataburger, Jims, BK and McDonalds, Subway ect.
Rent breakdown:
Room 450$ a month
Bills 250$ A month.
This makes rent 700$ a month TOTAL
I will NOT hand out my cell number until you have moved in, or handed money over to move in. This includes calling people that hand over cell via email. Sorry I have enough issues stopping spam calls as is.
Room has 3 section Sofa bed and 2 section loveseat and 4kTV - House has WIFI, and room is has wired Ethernet as well.
Can use refrigerator/stove ect (each person has a shelf)
Washer and dryer in the home.
What I am looking for in a roommate(Single Person) is someone who is quiet, respectful and cleans up after themselves. Bit of mess is expected but nothing like food left out for weeks, dishes piling up in room ect. LGBT+ I am fine with as well, everyone deserves to be happy.
Deposit is 100$, pro-rated room for remaining days of that month. Signed receipts will be for both parties protection. Due on day of taking room regardless of move in or not that day. There is also a rental agreement for the room again for both parties protection.
I am a agreeable person and willing to allow semi-delayed rent/bills if having financial difficulties. (Just don't expect this until AFTER a couple months of on time payments!) Long as it is not a consistent thing and only by a couple weeks. If you don’t think I will rent to you, don’t think that and email me your situation I promise to listen and make my own judgement, I will reply to all emails or txts within 24hours often through sooner. I will reply to everyone! I don’t leave people hanging wondering, and I request the same curtesy. If you are ready to move in then email me. I have little interest in holding a room for weeks or months.
