The house itself is two stories, 4 bed 2 1/2 bath, with the first floor incorporating an open concept kitchen with Smart Refrigerator, dining area, and large living space along with a guest half bathroom and access to the back patio and hot tub. Upstairs is a second living/gaming area as well as a utility room with washer and dryer and shared full bathroom with tub/shower combo for renting tenants. Upstairs is also the master bedroom with its own private on-suite bathroom which is occupied by the property owner.
The house and rooms come furnished with high end finishes and quality furniture (including a smart TV over 100" and a PlayStation upstairs) making this a great choice for college students and or short term rentals. It is preferred that tenants do not bring into the home any furniture to be added to communal spaces and that any furniture being added to the room be kept minimal as they too come furnished.
The home is co-ed with friendly tenants of multiple backgrounds, so male or female applicants are both fine, but it is asked that only one person stay in each room and an interview will be conducted in order to determine compatibility. In addition to being an inclusive space, safety is also a priority and so the home comes equipped with an alarm and home monitoring security system as well as a ring doorbell for added safety.
Each of the three rooms for rent are the same price at $650.00 a month, the cost of which includes utilities (electric, water, gas, wifi). Depending on the length of lease, deposit will vary, but not to exceed the total of one month's rent. Rent is collected by the property owner on the 1st of the month either through digital payment, cashier check, money order, or cash.
While parking is available, it is shared on the street in front of the property, so please make sure to specify if you have more than one vehicle when applying for the room. It is also asked that no pets are brought into the home (with the exception of small fish tanks or any other small "tank" type creatures.) If you own an animal you are unsure fits within that description, feel free to ask about whether it would be acceptable to have.
