Please read carefully. My wife and I are looking for a live in home cleaner. It is my wife, my 18 yr old daughter and myself. I am very protective of them so we won't tolerate someone who creates a bad situation or brings problems. We have a small loft available. Sleeping area provided. You will also have a kitchen to yourself and a shared bathroom. We have 2 kitchens in our home. We are only looking for a female who may need a place to stay while they work or go to school. We are ok with someone in recovery or with a small child. Must not have any untreated mental health issues as we are not able to provide any type of accommodations for that. We DO NOT want anyone who will have visitors without prior approval, drinks, does drugs, comes and goes during the night unless its work related, has boyfriend drama and is messy. We have a clean stable home that would be perfect for a clean sober female looking to start over or simply needs stable housing. We already keep a clean home but your duties would include keeping up with the cleanliness of the home. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning your kitchen and bathroom once a week. We are primarily doing this to help the right female. If you cook, that's a huge plus. No bus route available in Von Ormy. If you need to come into town we can arrange drop off or pick up on our existing schedule. We would not be able to make special accommodations. Your sleeping quarters would be in the loft that doubles as my wifes office but she wont be in there so you'll primarily have privacy. Rent is negotable depending on your situation but will likely be $275 a month all bills paid. No shared wifi as we have been hacked before. No pets and no smoking or vaping inside.
