454 engine runs strong. Installed a 12000 BTU mini split which runs on outside 110… meaning you can run both front and rear ac even though it is a 30 amp system. Has Onan7000 Marquis generator. Recently replaced starter and battery and installed new brake calipers and pads.

It has self leveling jacks that run off main battery.

I removed the propane heater(which went out) and use the mini split for both AC and heat.

Stove works… but I’ve never used the oven.

I bought a new high quality queen mattress for it a couple of years ago, but it has had very little use. Basically my use 2 summers ago and 30 nights or so of Airbnb.

I put this Motorhome on Airbnb last summer with use of outside deck and I got 5.0 ratings consistently. It’s of course older, but a comfortable rig.

Front tires are well worn. If you plan to drive it much you’re gonna want to replace them.

Also if you need storage location after purchase I have availability with power pole if needed
