Up for sale is my 2017 Heartland Trail Runner 27RKS Travel Trailer, a clean and gently used single-owner camper located in Texas. This model features a spacious rear kitchen layout, single slide-out for added living space, and all major systems in good working order. The trailer has been well cared for, stored mostly stationary, and recently cleaned and sanitized throughout. It’s ready for travel or extended stays with its 42-gallon fresh water tank, comfortable layout, and dependable Heartland build quality.
-Gently used travel trailer - single owner - clean title in hand
-Currently located on ranch land between Pearsall and Uvalde
-Single slide with rear kitchen layout - under-bed storage
-Trailer has spent most of its life stationary in Texas - no more than a couple thousand miles on the road
-Very clean inside and out - has never been a daily home - used for overflow housing on weekends
-Trailer has been kept plugged in, air-conditioned, under a strict pest control schedule
-Recently inspected with some minor repairs - suffered minor hail damage - no water damage, just impact dents, etc.
-Roof is good - windows are good - water tanks are leak-free
-All features are operational - all electronics work - A/C and fridge working as well
-NEW Goodyear Endurance trailer tires - NEW electric tongue jack
-Tows straight and drum brakes work well
-OEM furnishing has been removed to allow for customization - no mattress inside as well, but bed platform remains
-OEM antenna has been deleted and no propane tanks are included
-This trailer has not been customized and is ready to be set up however buyer sees fit

-Buyer must sign Purchase & Sale Agreement to initiate purchase and reserve the trailer. If buyer intends to pay with a non-cash method, a non-refundable $500 deposit is required (PayPal).
-No delivery - pickup will need to be organized by buyer - trailer is not currently registered and buyer is responsible for organizing legal transport
