SOLD AS IS --- My wife and I need to downsize to a smaller RV. We only used the RV to go camping at the lake 2 to 3 times a year. It has 3 slides, a new awning, good tires. The refrigerator is electric or butane, the stove is butane, shower, toilet and lavatory, all work. We always used portable water and a generator, never hooked it up to at any camp site. Radio and small tv included. Roof recently rubberized and sealed. This RV is ready to travel or ideal to use while building a home, or for visitors to stay in. Also suitable for single person or couple to live in.

I have a clear title, it does not have current tags.
Asking or $12,500.00 cash, OBO, no low ballers.
