45 year old female in search of a place asap. I am very quiet, no kids, no pets, don't drink, and I do smoke, but never inside. I am waiting for my SSDI case to be completed, so I am looking to trade services/manual labor for a room, garage apt, mother in law suite, or whatever may be available. I can cook, clean, yardwork, paint, minor electrical and plumbing. I am also amazing at organizing if you need those services. Once my SSDI is completed, I would be able to pay rent.
