Hi im seeking by July a room to rent. All bills paid and fully furnished preferred. I don't wanna pay a security deposit for a room. I'm not asking to rent a whole house so why pay a deposit? I don't mind a leasing agreement or month to month verbal agreement. I work full time 40 hours a week and make weekly checks. I don't wanna spend more than $600. If your just looking for extra cash every week or month hit me up through text or call. I'm not tryin to find a landlord or roommate desperately needing money and relying on me to pay your rent solely or bills. This is a on going issue I have so many times over the years. I'm not tryin to give you money and you turn around and use it for your car payment or child support payment or paying for a shopping spree to buy new clothes etc. the money is for the rent only for the bills and house payment that's it. If your a landlord that owns your own place and just wanna get a little extra for the bills every month hit me up. If your tryin to get help for your own personal expenses I don't think it will work out.
