WARNING ! If you hire a so-called cheap or lowest price "roofing contractor" you will get what you pay for. You already know this. Many so-called cheap "roofing contractors" demand an up front cash deposit to "buy" the materials. Many of these scammers take the money from the homeowner and quickly disappear. They do not reply to the phone calls and they change their phone numbers. These scammers then go to their next unsuspecting victims. Other scammers over charge the customer. Beware.
