Salesperson for an IT Managed Services Provider
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company for effective communication
- Identify and qualify leads, gather information, and generate interest in the product or service being offered
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the product or service to potential customers
- Handle objections and address customer concerns effectively
- Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives when necessary
- Maintain a record of all calls made and outcomes in the company's database
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Persuasive and confident phone presence
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
- Basic knowledge of retail math for pricing discussions
