We’re TMS Insurance Brokerage (Texas Medicare Solutions) — one of San Antonio’s top Medicare agencies. We help seniors pick the right Medicare plan, and now we’re building a full-time, in-house sales team.
We provide leads, training, and the tools you need to succeed. You provide the hustle and heart.
What You’ll Be Doing
Talk with seniors about Medicare and explain their options
Sell Medicare Advantage and supplement plans
Work both company-provided leads + your own referrals
Meet with clients in-person and by phone
Get paid for every sale, plus bonuses when you hit goals
What We Offer
Base Salary: $38,000 to start
Commissions + Monthly Sales Bonuses (real earning potential $50k–$90k+)
Annual Raises based on production

Tools & Training: CRM, marketing support, mentorship
What You Need
Active Texas Health Insurance License (required)
Experience in Medicare or health insurance sales preferred (not required)
Strong people skills & self-motivation
Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus
Schedule
Monday–Friday (standard business hours)
Extra hours during busy enrollment seasons (some evenings/weekends)
