We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative who can go out, meet commercial property owners, and drum up new business while representing our company with professionalism and confidence.
Our services include complete building maintenance, coordinating with inspectors, correcting violations, handling exit lights, backup lights, alarm systems, sprinkler systems, electrical, plumbing, AC equipment, water towers, chillers, Delta Trane units, and all HVAC-related computer access and online sensor systems. We work closely with certified companies to ensure fire extinguishers, inspections, and all safety equipment remain up to date. We maintain clean work environments, address repairs quickly, and keep every building we oversee fully prepared for inspections.
Your role will be to connect with commercial facilities, introduce our services, build strong relationships, understand building needs, and bring in new service contracts. We want someone confident, driven, and comfortable talking to business owners and property managers. Sales experience is helpful, but attitude, ambition, and professionalism are what matter most.
