Position Details:
Commission-based pay with generous incentive bonuses and spiffs
Unlimited earning potential for high performers
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers on the lot and via phone/internet leads
Present vehicles, demonstrate features, and close sales
Build lasting customer relationships and generate referrals
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Stay knowledgeable about our inventory and financing options
Requirements:
Previous car sales experience preferred (but not required — we will train the right person)
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work weekends
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Professional appearance and positive attitude
