All annual maintenance just done. New parts include CVT belt, Rear Driveshaft U-joint, Front upper Shock Bushings, Brand new Steering rack with Tie Rods, new front seat, new windshield and new tail light. Everything works as it should. Was also told by the person I bought it from, and recently confirmed by a mechanic that it has a new ($7K) transmission (I don't have receipts for it).

3 drive modes:
Auto 4wd
2wd
1wd (turf mode)

Ramps not included. Also consider trade +cash for upgrade (looking for 900 or 1000 models).
