Good running scooter .
not standard cosmetics but has character and runs fine! have had to learn alot on my own with fixing and installing certain parts.

Just the bike itself 950
comes with bill of sale and sellers receipt. I'm the second owner original owner never titled it . have never had issues with the law riding locally not titled. have used 2 out of 3 lifetime permits for it . So you can go grab a month permit and title it if you want. Just never got around to doing it myself. its a headache and will have to be bonded title since the owner signed the bill of sale it messes it up for anyone who wants to title it. typically you would sign the bill of sale and then title but owners signed it and never got around registering it fully.
