A. C. Gilbert Erector set toy; the 1929 White Truck was constructed with parts taken from the late 1920's wooden box set #7 1/2. The truck is 26" long and the front chassis and steering column work. The truck got its nick name "White Truck" because the hood and fenders are embossed with the word "White", but Gilbert painted the truck black anyway.
