Finish Carpenter or Scenic Carpenter needed for Specialty Fabrication company working in world class Theme Parks, Theatres, & Museums nationwide since 1996. Background in theatre arts and scenic carpentry is a plus. Applicant needs experience with woodworking tools and methods. Understands and can build from plans. Experience in a variety of materials, including laminating and cabinet making are a plus.
Organization, time management skills and problem solving are required. You'll work with a team of other craftspersons and artisans, and collaboration is required for completion of a wide range of projects. Leadership skills are a plus, as SRO promotes from within our organization whenever possible. Texas Hill Country Studio. This position can be short term, 40 hours a week, part time or full time depending on the candidate's capabilities and schedule. Full time receives paid time off, health insurance.
