We’re Hiring Roofers

We’re looking for experienced Residential Roofers to join our year-round team on the islands of Kauai, Maui, and Oahu. Ideal candidates will have strong craftsmanship, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset. Housing assistance is available for qualified applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality installations of residential roofing systems
• Work with materials including concrete tile, asphalt shingles, cedar, and metal
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Follow detailed installation procedures and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of full-time residential roofing experience (within the last 3 years)
• U.S. citizen or valid work visa
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug test and background check (no recent DUIs or felonies)
• Physically capable of lifting 80+ lbs and working on roofs/ladders
• English proficiency preferred
