Requirements (Non-Negotiables)

• Minimum 2+ years of residential roofing experience.
• Proficiency with multiple roofing materials (concrete tile, asphalt, cedar, metal).
• Deep familiarity with safety protocols and clean work practices.
• Physically able to lift and carry 80+ lbs.
• Valid driver’s license — reliability starts long before the job site.
• Clean background and drug-free.
• U.S. citizen or valid work visa — no exceptions.
