· Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
· Reliable transportation to and from job sites
· Previous experience in asphalt, concrete, or utility construction highly desired
· Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
· Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
