This is what I am going to say about any company that I work for. The only thing any company can offer me is an opportunity for me to show them how good I am. If I am going to work for anyone I am going to be the best employee they have AND I am going to make sure I am the highest paid. In addition I think I want to be the highest paid person in this industry.
If I am extremely good at what I do and I make a ton of profit for them. If I am able to do this then I think I should be the highest paid.
Whenever this is a true statement for The Restaurant Repair Company and you then you will be the highest paid person here.
I think that how much you are paid in any company is strictly and solely determined by your skills and abilities. All employers want to pay you more money not less. The more they pay you the more money they will make in profit.
If you think you are a great service tech them please come and talk to me and let's see if we can make a deal right not.
