Small G.C. company looking for a 1099 temporary project superintendent for apartment paint project in North San Antonio. This project is estimated to last 2-3 months and is in progress now. I am looking for someone who is honest, shows up on time, and has AWESOME attention to detail. Show up every day, be professional with the clients and subs, and get the job done. Experience is not as important as ability to learn and good attitude. Reliable transportation is required. I will train the right person. Construction and management experience is a big plus but not required.
