I hate to part with it just because I like it so much but I have too much rolling stock! I've owned it since about 2011 and it has always been kept in a garage and I highly recommend you do so as well. It will keep you warm and dry on the road but fulltime exterior exposure is not beneficial.
-Improvements made include the tongue box addition, new deep cycle battery and custom aluminum eyebrows over the doors.
-Skin and undercarriage membrane are in very good shape as is the coupler, jack and 8-ply Goodyears with Baby Moon hubcaps.
-It's a dry kitchen with a propane stove, storage and drawer for cooking/dining utensils. You'll need and ice chest and water.
-No there's no toilet, sink, basement or fireplace. But, there is storage under the bed.
-It was allegedly made by the Amish so the craftsman ship is darn good. The electrical is rudimentary.
It weighs right at 1000 lbs so you can pull it with almost anything (maybe not a Yugo).
Depending on you, there can be many extras.
