The trailer is in good condition for its age. Sold as-is and is priced accordingly.

We are selling this trailer because we haven't used this trailer for a couple of years. We've enjoyed the layout of this trailer.

All of the appliances and mechanical units are in working order except for the following items that need to be repaired or replaced:
- Awning
- Front steps
- The electronic ignitor for the stove's front burner doesn't spark. This burner works when lit with a match.
- Thermostat for the furnace and air conditioning. We had the unit serviced by a professional technician. The heater and air conditioner passed the inspection and thermostat .
