Top Earnings:
Reefer Hazmat: $0.70-$0.75/mile or 30%, team $0.80/35%
Flatbed (non-hazmat): $0.80 mile OR 32% of gross $10k-$18k
Avg. Weekly Take Home: $3k - $4,5k+
