Looking for an experienced, contractor to remodel a 5’ x 8’ bathroom. Demo has already been completed, and I am seeking competitive bids for labor and labor/material packages.

Project Scope:

* Replace/level subfloor in tub area
* Install new tub and drain plumbing
* Install new shower valve and plumbing connections
* Install tub/shower wall tile
* Install floor tile
* Install vanity and sink
* Install toilet
* Install mirror
* Install lighting fixtures
* Install exhaust fan/vent
* Texture walls as needed
* Prime and paint bathroom
* Finish trim, caulking, and final cleanup

Please provide:

* Labor-only bid
* All-in bid (labor and materials)
* Estimated project timeline
* Photos of similar work

Project is ready to start as soon as the right contractor is selected.
