I am looking for a small kiosk to open a coffee business. I have 1 shop already and am looking to expand. I am not looking for interior seating, as we are drive thru only. Location matters, as an agent keeps sending me awful spots where we're invisible. If it needed work, totally fine as I am handy.
If you're an existing business I would be interested in taking over your lease and possibly buying some of your equipment. If your lease is up soon, I would be willing to take that over. I am open to various discussions. I am not looking for a partner nor am I looking for investors.
